基本的に週7日営業しています。info@a-toritani.comまで電子メールでご連絡ください。また電話（050-1220-1990）でお問合せ頂くことも可能です。移動中などで電話対応が出来ないときがありますので、その時は留守番電話にメッセージを残してください。追ってこちらからご連絡いたします。

3. 商品はギフト包装されますか？　

はい、いくつかのギフトラッピングを用意しておりますので、info@a-toritani.comまでお知らせください。。

4. 日本国外にも届けられますか？

申し訳申し訳ございませんが、現在は日本国内でのみお届けしております。

 

5. 購入時の支払い方法は？

VISA、MasterCard、AMEX、Diners Club、JCBのクレジットカードをお使い頂けます。

キャンドルの取り扱いについて

​

1. キャンドルを安全かつ効果的に燃やす方法について説明していただけますか？

弊社の「安全にお使い頂くために」という案内ご覧ください。

2. キャンドルの燃焼時間はどれくらいですか？

一般的に、10gごとに、ろうそくは2時間の燃焼時間となります。

​

3. 大豆ワックスとは何ですか？

ソイワックスとは大豆の油から作られた蝋で、燃焼時の煤の発生が他の材料に比べて非常に少ないのが特徴です。

 

4. 蜜蝋とは何ですか、それは環境にやさしいですか？

蜜蝋は石油系とは違いミツバチの巣からできたもので、ハチミツ甘い香りがあります。
100％ナチュラルで環境に優しく、安全で無毒、またほとんど煙のないきれいな燃焼を得られます。燃焼するとマイナスイオンを放出して空気を浄化する効果もあります。

 

5.0 夏の暑さでキャンドルは溶けませんか？

試験を通して、ろうそくは50℃まで溶けないことを確認しておりますが、直射日光や車内に放置しておくことは避けてください。

6. 大豆のろうそくは天然油脂で作られていますが、カビは生えませんか？

 長期間使用しない場合はキャンドルを冷蔵庫に保管することをお勧めします。

​

7. 私は間違ってワックスをこぼした、どうすればそれをきれいにするのですか？

こぼれたキャンドルワックスを清掃する方法はいくつかあります。

 生地や小物に蝋が付いたときは冷凍庫に入れて冷やすか氷で蝋を冷やし、蝋が硬化したらテーブルナイフやスプーンまたはクレジットカードのような固いプラスティックで軽く取り除きます。
生地については、掻き落とした後は必要に応じ洗濯、シミ取り、部分洗い等を施してください。

8. グラスを再利用したときは、どうすれば蝋をきれいにすることができますか？

 ガラスに残っているキャンドル少量の蝋をきれいにするには、次の手順を使用してください。

• 1/3ほどの高さまで水を張り、グラスを鍋に入ます。

• 水が沸騰する手前まで鍋を熱すると蝋が溶け始めます。

• 蝋が完全に溶けたら、慎重にグラスを取り出し（ガラスが非常に熱くなるのでオーブン用手袋などを使用して保護してください）、ペーパータオルを敷いた紙カップに蝋を注、グラス内部に残った蝋をペーパータオルで丁寧にふき取ります。

• その後ガラスを温水と石鹸水で洗ってください。

注意：
溶けた蝋をシンクの排水口に注ぎ込まないでください, パイプ内部で蝋が硬化し、パイプ詰まりの原因となります。
熱くなったグラスを急激に水で冷やすとグラスが割れることがありますので注意してください。

Yes, we provide some gift wrappings, please let us know your request by email at info@a-toritani.com.

4. Do you deliver outside of Japan?

Currently, we only deliver within Japan.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Do you sell your candles in shops?

About candle care

 

1. Can you give some instructions on how to safely and effectively burn your candles?

2. How long do your candles burn for?

Generally, for every 10grams candle weight, the candle will burn for 2 hours.

​

3. What is soy wax?

Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. Soy wax is a vegetable oil-based product and produces much less soot than other wax.

​

4. What is beeswax, is it environmentally friendly?

Beeswax is created by bees and is 100% natural and an all chemical-free wax.  It is environmentally friendly and safe. It burns very clean and bright, with little smoke due to it being a non-oil-based material. It smells great as it is naturally scented by the honey and floral nectar in the honeycomb and emits negative ions to purify, cleanse and improve air quality.

5. Will the candle melt in a summer hot weather?

Through testing, the candle remains intact up to 50 degrees C.　We recommend keeping away from direct sun and we recommend that you do not store within a car.

 

6. Soy candles are made of natural wax, will I have any issues with mould?

We recommend that you store the candle inside the refrigerator if it’s not used for a long period of time

7.0   I accidentally spilt wax, how do I clean it?

There are several ways to clean spilled candle wax;

Cleaning wax from fabric and small items; put item in the freezer or cover it in ice cubes (wrapped in cloth/plastic) in order to let the wax become hard. When the wax has hardened, remove the wax gently with a table knife or spoon or piece of plastic (credit cards are good for this). For fabrics; after scraping off the wax, wash off any remaining stain with a gentle washing detergent, to suit the material.

 

8.0   I would like to re-use the glass, how can I clean the wax out?

To clean the small amount of candle wax remaining in the glass, please use the following steps;

• Take the candle holder and place it in a pan of cold water, over a low heat

• Heat the water until it is hot, and the candle wax starts to melt

• When wax has melted, carefully lift the glass (wearing protective oven gloves as the glass will be very hot) pour the wax into a paper cup, lined with a paper towel. Then, clean out the glass with paper towel, again wearing protective gloves as the glass will be very hot.

• Wash the holder in warm soapy water.

 

CAUTION :
Please do not pour molten wax down the sink unit as it may cause problems with drainage.
Don’t put the hot glass into cold water. It may break the glass.
